OG10KTech is an authorized retailer/partner of all of the manufactures of every product we sell, all products come with a full factory warranty.

Where is OG10KTech Located?

OG10KTech is currently located in Westerville, Ohio, with a retail store and warehouse facility covering over 6000 square feet, in two locations.

When will I receive my product if I order from OG10KTech?

The current market is unprecedented, we cannot give any estimates on delivery dates.

I have seen bad reviews regarding your company, how do I know I will not get ‘scammed”?

With explosive growth over the last several months, at times we have not had the staff to handle the incredible amount of inquires we receive, we also have chosen to grow slowly, and only use profits from delivered products to operate. We are constantly working on increasing our customer service staff and reducing the time it takes us to respond. We also send update emails to every client multiple times a week, we ask that you take the time to read those emails as they give great insight into the market and our timelines. We also have acquired a new facility that will open in June that will increase our operations by 5 fold, we hope to have our customer service levels greatly increase over the next few weeks. We have completed over 3000 orders during this unprecedented time, while we hope to make every client happy, at times clients do not receive the individual attention they wish, nor do they read the myriad of email we send. We simply cannot respond to each individual request but try to update everyone through these bulk emails.

How can you sell at MSRP, when most other companies are charging a premium?

We believe that this is the way it should be done, in most instances MSRP provides a profit for us, in some instances, we sell at a loss, this is in order to promote our long-term business model.

Why do you charge upfront before you ship the product?

There are multiple companies offering orders for these hard to obtain products, OG10KTech is one of the few (possibly the only one), that protects not only your place in line, but your price. We charge upfront to guarantee that you are in fact an actual buyer, and this also allows us to pre-pay for some orders to our distributors, giving us priority deliveries in many cases.

What if I find a card elsewhere while I am waiting for my OG10KTech order to arrive?

Og10KTech offers complete and full refunds on most orders, for orders placed prior to March 2021 you simply email support@og10k.com, for orders after March 1st 2021 you can request a full refund automatically by login on to your account using the email you purchased with.

How Long does a refund take?

Normal banking procedures apply to all companies accepting credit cards, your refund timing is directly related to your issuing bank, the average time is 7-10 business days.

Can I order without paying upfront?

There are a limited number of opportunities to purchase items without prepayment, these are offered through direct email offerings, and through our social media.

Do you allow for “line jumping” with a premium payment?

Absolutely not!!! We sell most products at msrp, and do not allow premium payments to jump the Q.

Can I buy locally?

Yes, we offer a limited number of items in our retail store and accept walk in customers.

I have seen you give out products to client that are not first in line, why is that?

We are first a pc builder, we keep a percentage of all products received for those builds, at times we may take stock from our build allocation and deliver it to client outside of the Queue system. This is completely at our discretion and we will continue this in the future, as we see fit.

How do I get a quote on a pc build?

Can I buy all the components from you and build the pc myself?

Yes.

If getting a custom full build faster than ordering a single component?

Most times the answer is yes. The current average time to receive a completed build is 2 weeks.

How do I track my place in line?

We offer a Queue system, on our website, while this is a luxury that is guaranteed to be 100% accurate it gives a general idea of your place in line. You can go to the Q here Click here for the Q

How many of X products do you receive each week?

The past deliveries unfortunately have no bearing on future deliveries, OG10KTech has over a dozen sources of inventory, during this market disruption period we do not know until 24-48 hours prior to delivery what components we will be receiving, and it varies so much that we do not give estimates.

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
